Our database of dentists is provided by Health Care Data Solutions (HDS), an unaffiliated database provider that specializes only in the medical industry.  They are the recognized leader in our industry.  Their data is the best available, but it is never 100% perfect, as changes through normal licensing and other channels can take months to be reported to them.

With REALscore, that changes.  When you submit a change to REALscore, the changes submitted are sent to HDS, who verifies the information and updates their database.  When REALscore gets our monthly update, the correction is there. On average, it may take two weeks for the update to show up, but in some cases it could be a few days, with a maximum of 30 days.

REALscore is planning to implement real time updates with the database provider as soon as possible.

Healthcare Data Solutions uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide best in class data through industry-leading partners, data standardization, hygiene, and matching processes.  However, the accuracy or completeness of the Licensed Data is subject to the limits of the data sources.

Note that the only information we obtain is publically available information that you would include for advertising purposes.  It is not shared with anyone else besides HDS.
